From the desk of John C. Fox
President, Fox Automotive, Inc
Great News! Fox Toyota was recently awarded the 2007 President’s Award from Toyota Motor Sales, Inc. This award is the highest honor Toyota can bestow to its dealers. It is in recognition of total dealership excellence, from outstanding Customer Satisfaction Scores and meeting the stringent Toyota training requirements, to meeting sales and market share objectives. This is an extremely difficult award to win, as our being the only Toyota dealership in the metro Detroit area to win, and one of only a handful in the whole state of Michigan, would indicate.
Mr. Clyde Dyson, General Manager of the Toyota Cincinnati Region, and several of his staff, attended a recognition luncheon at the dealership recently, and presented me our award. While I was extremely proud and honored to receive this award, I heartily acknowledged that it was in recognition of the hard work of our total staff at Fox Toyota, from the part time phone operators and vehicle attendants to the General Manager, and everyone in between. Thank you to all of those hard working and dedicated people.
And this is an excellent opportunity to thank all of our customers, because without you, there really wouldn’t even be a Fox Toyota.
John Fox

2008 Volkswagen Rabbit
The 2008 Rabbit marks the third year of the Mark V body style in North America, sold under the Golf name in Europe. As with the previous year’s model, the ride, fit, and finish of the Rabbit creeps up to the caliber of a BMW 3-series. What does that mean? Literally, the Rabbit is a premium-like car and a non-premium price. It’s also a drivers car; an ideal blend of straight-line performance and firm, stable road-holding, fun through the corners but also comfortable enough for long cruises.

So, what should be on the preflight summer checklist? Well, here's the list. If you don't feel competent to check these things yourself, you can print out an abbreviated version of the list and bring it to your mechanic.

How to Drive Green
For those who aren't racked by enough environmental guilt to buy a hybrid, driving green can mean any number of readily available and easy-to-implement solutions that can increase your gas mileage.
Regular maintenance and aerodynamics play a part. But, according to fuel-efficiency experts, less aggressive driving has the most significant impact on your MPGs.
"Acceleration is the greatest factor," says Philip Reed, consumer advice editor for automotive Web site Edmunds.com. "It wastes energy and gas and pollutes the environment."

2008 Toyota Yaris
The subcompact economy class has historically been characterized by products that could be summed up in a single word: Cheap. As in cheap price, cheap design, cheap materials, and cheap construction.
And while this is still true in a relative sense, today’s highly competitive marketplace has forced the low end of the automotive spectrum to evolve along with the rest of the industry in terms of quality standards, feature content and overall bang for the buck. For proof of this, look no further than the 2008 Toyota Yaris.
